Your First 36,000 Miles in Your Genesis

Taking care of a car is no simple task, which is why we’ll do it for you for the first 36,000 miles (or 3 years, whichever comes first). Whatever service or maintenance you need, we’ll provide it as a complementary addition to the purchase of your Genesis when you sign up for our Complimentary Scheduled Maintenance plan. We provide an at-home valet service that will take your vehicle in for service or maintenance while leaving a Genesis courtesy vehicle for you to use. Your multimedia and map updates also come with your purchase, on top of your comprehensive limited warranty.

The First Three to Five Years of Ownership

While there are some services that are limited by the 36,000-mile mark, there are others that we provide no matter what mileage you put on your Genesis within 3 years. You’ll have full access to Genesis Connected Services, which is a complimentary subscription to the full suite of digital applications and remote services that come with your vehicle. You’ll also be enrolled in our 24/7 roadside assistance program for 5 years, which provides convenient flat-bed towing to the nearest Genesis authorized service facility.
